Осева таблица: Осевата таблица за последните 4 седмици -

За да създадете обобщена таблица, която показва данните от последните 4 седмици (т.е. подвижните 4 седмици), можете да добавите помощна колона към изходните данни, за да маркирате записи през последните 4 седмици, след което да използвате помощната колона за филтриране на данните в въртящата се таблица. В показания пример текущата дата е 25 август 2019 г., а обобщената таблица показва 4 пълни предишни. Когато се добавят нови данни с течение на времето, обобщената таблица ще продължи да проследява предишните 4 седмици въз основа на текущата дата.

Полета

В показаната обобщена таблица има четири полета в изходните данни: Дата, Продажби, Седмица и Филтър. Филтърът е помощна колона с формула, отбелязваща последните 4 седмици. Седмица е помощна колона, която връща понеделника за която и да е дата (само за удобство). Продажбите са полето за стойност, а Седмицата е добавена като поле за ред, за да се групира по седмици:

Формула

Формулата, използвана в D5 (Седмица), копирана надолу, е:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Тази формула връща понеделника от седмицата за дадена дата.

Формулата, използвана в E5 (Филтър), копирана надолу, е:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
